Flash Player Lag?!

Hey,
So in ALL BROWSERS, youtube lag's like hell and its more or less not watchable. The browsers I have are chrome, firefox and IE. All have the lagging issues. The flash player is all up to date and im using Windows 7 64Bit. I've cleared the cache, and used the flash uninstall tool and reinstalled and its still the same. Im at my wits end now, because its so so so annoying and it seems like ive tried everything. I've scanned for viruses and im all clean. I've no idea whats wrong ... PLEASE HELP!
