I am unable to download and install a flash player to replace the one that crashed.  I have tried several times to download and install a flash player, but each time I receive a message that states approximately "Error"  Flash Player in use.  Also, I receive a message to close browser, which  when I close it, the message pops up.   I play some games each day that requires a flash player, as a matter of fact, I played them this evening before it crashed.   Help!
