Installing Flash Player 11

Hi,

I've been trying to install Adobe Flash Player 11.  I have no other version of the flash player on my PC.  The installation quits at 50% and tells me to close Internet Explorer (which is my browser that got me onto your site and to close brccmetl????   The installation fails at this point.  Can you help?
