I've had several prompts for downloading an Adobe Flash Player latest version. Each time I attempt to download, the install portion of the program times out (usually at 47%). Why does this happen? I currently am running version 11.6.602.180, my OS is Windows Vista (32 bit), and am using Internet Explorer.
