All attempts to instal the latest version of Flash Player have failed at installation stage despite ensuring that all requirements including tuirning off firewall (Norton 360 says that installation is safe in any event) are met, with the message "Host - Unable to load application configuration". I have tried all suggested solutions other than removing the existing version of Flash Player first. Any ideas what the problem may be?
