Recently when downloading Adobe updates, I have found that there are many other things downloaded other than the update. Additional toolbars and additional unwanted programs. I have trusted Adobe for many years and am very disappointed that you have inserted these nearly unseen choices that you have already made for me. At the end of the update, I have all this unwanted stuff that is neither necessary or helpful.
I am asking why you are misleading people with these tactics? Many people are not alert and do not notice these and end up with a lot of unwanted programs that cause problems or lots or popups.
I refuse to download any further Adobe products until this is corrected. I hope many more people complain. We only want what we ask for and nothing more.
My disappointment is sincere. Who can we trust anymore? Why has your company found this necessary?
