My laptop doesn't play HD videos on YouTube anymore nor does it play HD movies anymore. Youtube reduces my quality to 360p or 240p because my laptop won't play HD videos. Every website (TubePlus, Netflix, etc.) tells me to download Adobe Flash Player because it may be out of date. Even though it has been downloaded/updated recently, everything keeps saying that I need to download Flash Player. I've tried uninstalling toolbars from Explorer, but nothing works.
