When I try to install an upgrade to Flash Player from an Internet Explorer link, the install program tells me to close IE. I close it and double check in the task manager that it is closed, but it keeps telling me to close it. So the installation is always a failure. This does not happen with Firefox, but I am usually in IE when I am prompted to upgrade.
