About 10 times a day while in IE10, Windows 8, I get a message that says Windows wants to install the Flash Player. I say "OK" and a download window appears. When the download is complete (about 16MB) I get a message saying that the current version of the Flash Player is already installed, and I will be notified when a new version is available. This is getting annoying. Any way out of this?
