My pc says I need to update my flash player to watch certain videos. I already have active x version 11.7.700.169 installed. I am using windows 7 Internet explorer. If I try to reinstall flash player it installs 50% then says I need to close Internet explorer. Problem is explorer isn't open. What should I do to get flash player to work properly. Also plugin version is not installed. Do I need to have it installed and if so how do I do that?
