you are of no help,if you are a an adobe master please tell them their is a problem with the latest download,i have tried what everyone else has,disabling firewalls,and doing what you suggested.cleaning out prefetch files and more.If they at Adobe would take the time to do what they are instead of wasting time in this day and age to for attachments such as Google Chrome.maybe the thing would work,i am using internet explorer 9 and windows vista home premium 32 bit SP2.windows is up to date,between Adobe and Windows there is a conflict that isn't working correctly.Maybe its because of windows coming out with 7 and 8 almost overnight of each other that Adobe missed something.I don't know how many people are using Windows XP yet,but there are alot of us using Vista where the problem seems to be.But then i also seen that it has some issues with Mac.So that right there should tell Adobe something is wrong on their end.Please fix the problem.And post it on Cnet and other places so that we all get the fix or new download.Stop telling people to do this and that when it won't work.
