I have Windows 7 and Google Chrome which is suppose to have Flash Player but I keep getting messages to load Flash Player. When I try to load it it goes to about 60% pauses and goes to 100% and says it is complete, but doesn't work. I delete the old flash player each time before downloading. I have tried the suggestions on the web site.
