I have made several attempts to install the latest update. The installation says nothing about installing the McAfee antivirus (which is incompatible with my current antivirus), and I have had bad experience with McAfee in the past. I consider it to be a cure that is almost worse than the ailment. I don't install nagware. I prefer doing without such programs, or running them in a VM when I absolutely must run them. I avoid Java for the same reason. I won't run nagware. I have lost data because of poorly timed interruptions, and I won't allow those programs on my computer.
