Youtube.com and Shutterfly.com are both prompting me to download the 'latest' flash player version (11) in order to view their websites properly. I have repeatedly downloaded it and repeatedly received the 'download successful' message. However, neither website will work - still says I must install the latest download......please help! I can't see videos or any other animation on shutterfly.
