So I have tried unsuccessfully to install the flashplayer update-countless times...I followed the instructions on the help page, even uninstalling and attempting to reinstall only to have the reinstall not happen. I mean nothing happens-no download box appears. I had to do a system restore to get the old version of flashplayer back so at least something was there. What is the problem? Windows XP and IE used.
