Playing videos from youtube no sound, missing volumn control button. compaq A931nr laptop, vista home prem version, 32 bit. This computer show that Adobe flash player is installed in programs. When checking w/Adobe they say it is not installed? Using IE9. How can this be corrected? or can it be?
