I have never experienced any difficulty viewing videos etc. until recently. Now when I go to watch a video if asks that I install the latest version of Flashplayer. I do so and it reflects that it is installed on the computer successfully. Then I try to watch the video and it asks me to install the laterst version of Flashplayer again! I cannot tell you how many times I have been through the same process without any success. It is as though the "successful" install is not recogized even though it is clearly installed based on the the computer programs. Please help as this is ruining my computer experience completely.
