Hi,
I logged onto BBCiplayer to watch kenny Rogers at Glastonbury and it said I neede to install Adobe flash player11 which I have done,it said insatllation completed, so I went back onto the BBciplayer and it still says I need to install said flash player. Can you please advise. By the way I am not a computer expert so if it can be explained in easy steps, I would be grateful- the jargon language and I do not get on.
