When I clicked to download Adobe Flash Player, the download started, but then stopped. I got a message saying I needed to close Internet Explorer, so I did. I then hit the 'retry' button, and once again, got another message to close IE. It was already closed- along with any other programs that might have been a problem( Skype, Spotify, etc...) I have tried now 7 times to get Flash Player to download, and every time, it's the same thing. Help!
