i have an Acer iconia tablet... i am unable to even watch video of products on home shopping network

For the Acer iconia tablet I just purchased, I was unable to even watch a video on the home shopping network for products. This is frustrating. I don't know what I need or can download so that I can watch this type of media. Can u help
