Going around in circles with no available help from this supplier. Trying to download Flash Player for a site that requires it to upload photos. On a iMac using OS 10.4.11. Looked up the appropriate version for this OS and tried to download the application. Got this message after waiting for the download to run:
"failed to mount" and the disc image on the desktop was useless.
Looked for answers/direction and found a direction that said to download "uninstaller". Tried that and got the same error message along with an additional box with the following:
Image: Uninstall_flash-player
Reason: Device Not Copnfigured
