Flash player not working in IE9 W7 64bit

Hi there,

i have a curious issue.

System is an HP laptop, Windows 7 pro 64Bit, IE9 32 Bit.

Up until about 2 weeks ago, flash content was working fine in IE9, i then ran an update and since then flash content in IE will not play.

Chrome is fine,

I have tried uninstalling Flash and re-installing it,

i have made sure the plugin is enabled in manage add ons

i have made sure activex filetering is disabled,

i have uninstalled flash player and reverted back to version 10.6 however this does the same.

Can anyone be of any assistance?
