Flash Player will only download to 50% and then says "Please close the following programs to continue" and indicates to close Internet Exployer. I close IE and click "Retry" and then it will only download 50% and tells me to close IE...how do I close IE when I have already closed it.? I am caught in a loop and have been for over 1 hour...HELP???!!!
