I am a United States Navy Senior Chief at the United States Naval Base at ROTA, SPAIN. I have been having problems with ADOBE FLASH PLAYER for many months now, but when I attempt to DOWNLOAD ADOBE FLASH PLAYER thus UPDATING my Flash Player the DOWNLOAD NOW Button never appears so that I am caught in a continual and unending circle.
