Installed Flash Player as system indicated my version was out of date. Installation went fine but was not effectively installed. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same results. Went thru troubleshooting but found nothing. At flash player help, window has no version.
Running Windows 7 on ASUS computer, about 1 yr. old.
