I have repeatedly tried to update my Flash player. I have ALL the requirements for the version I am intending.
The Problem is that, over and over, for months, it stops at 50% downloaded and tells me to close my Incredimail and IE programs.
I do all that I know how ..to accomplish that but it appears I don't know enough. I am disabled and using my hands is painful, so I
always end up quitting, frustrated.
It is probably a simple answer that I just don't have... I am a completely self taugh Baby-Boomer...Help!
